Muizzu and Sajidha Receive Ceremonial Welcome in India

President Dr Mohamed Muizzu and First Lady Madam Sajidha Mohamed were accorded a ceremonial welcome this morning at Rashtrapati Bhavan, in New Delhi, India.

Muizzu and Sajidha were officially received by Indian President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Upon arrival, a 21-gun salute was conferred on Muizzu. Muizzu also inspected the Guard of Honour at the ceremony.

After the welcoming ceremony, Muizzu and Sajidha visited Raj Ghat to pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi.
