Focused on four themes—digital innovation, community empowerment through technology, sustainable development, and cybersecurity—the forum aims to foster an inclusive digital infrastructure for all Maldivians. Organised in partnership with USAID, the National Democratic Institute (NDI), and Women in Tech Maldives, it underscores a collective commitment to enhancing the nation’s digital landscape.

To broaden participation, sessions will be streamed online, featuring various formats such as panel discussions, workshops, and capacity-building sessions. Topics will include “Elderly Cyber Safety,” “Empowering Women in the Digital Economy,” “Journalism in the Digital Age,” and “Monetisation with Local Platforms.”

This forum marks a significant step in advancing digital governance dialogues within the Maldives.
