STELCO Announce Planned Power Cut for Friday

The State Electric Company (STELCO) has announced that power may be briefly interrupted in Hulhumale’ and parts of Male’ tomorrow due to scheduled maintenance work on the Greater Male’ Interconnection Grid Network.

According to STELCO, power may be disrupted between 6 am and 7 am as technicians carry out essential upgrades to the grid.

The company made the announcement through a social media post, where it apologised for any inconvenience the interruption may cause.
