Ooredoo Maldives has achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first ISO-certified call centre in the Maldives. This prestigious certification has recognized the company’s commitment to high-quality service, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
The ISO certification process, which began in February 2023, concluded after nearly a year and a half of rigorous assessments and the implementation of international best practices.
The certification covers both Ooredoo’s in-house call centre operations and its client call centre management, highlighting the company’s focus on continuous improvement and efficiency as well as customer satisfaction, data security and reliability.
