Amaan Veshi and Amaan Hiyaa are managed by the Ministry of Social and Family Development through Family and Children’s Service Centres (FCSCs) in various atolls. These centres provide care for children without parental support and shelter victims of domestic violence and abuse.

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, Dhiraagu plans to extend its high-speed Fibre Broadband services to all 10 FCSCs in the Maldives. The locations receiving this support include B. Eydhafushi, Sh. Funadhoo, HA. Dhidhdhoo, Dh. Kudahuvadhoo, L. Fonadhoo, N. Manadhoo, Lh. Naifaru, Fuvahmulah City, Kulhudhuffushi City, and Addu City.

Dhiraagu stated that through this CSR initiative, they aim to collaborate with various NGOs to empower young people, support the development of digital skills, enhance digital literacy, and address the educational needs of children in state care.
