Ooredoo Maldives has launched a new contact centre for Maldives Hajj Corporation, the principal state-owned entity facilitating Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages.

The contact center solution, powered by Ooredoo Maldives’ Tier III-compliant Data Center, addresses key operational challenges such as high call volumes during peak seasons, limited IT resources, and outdated PBX systems. Advanced features like call queuing, skill-based routing, real-time monitoring, and call recording enable Maldives Hajj Corporation to manage customer inquiries while maintaining superior service standards efficiently. Its cloud-hosted design guarantees enterprise-grade security, maximum uptime, scalability, and future integration capabilities for CRM platforms.
