Dhiraagu Supports Inclusive Education of SEN Unit at Kulhudhuffushi’s Education Centre

Dhiraagu extended support to the Special Education Needs (SEN) unit – Sunshine Class – of HDh. Atoll Education Centre under the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme.
A special event was held at HDh. Atoll Education Centre in Kulhudhuffushi City to officialise the contribution to the school. This included automatic and locking chairs to support students with mobility challenges and materials for the classroom’s sensory and activity areas to support the students and classroom needs.
Speaking at the event, the Assistant Manager Operations of Dhiraagu Kulhudhuffushi Operations Centre, Mohamed Ali, stated, “As part of our commitment to fostering inclusivity and empowering all members of our community, we are happy to support the Sunshine Class and its incredible students. We hope that these resources will support the efforts of the school’s educators and caregivers and create opportunities for growth and learning.”
HDh. Atoll Education Centre’s Principal, Mohamed Matheen thanked Dhiraagu for the company’s support and contribution to the school’s Special Education Needs unit. He also highlighted that this initiative will significantly benefit children with disabilities and aid the school in advancing its goals for inclusive education.
