Ooredoo Maldives Approves 2024 Dividend of MVR 3.43 per Share

Ooredoo Maldives announced that the dividend, Audited Financial Statements and the Annual Report of the company for the year 2024 have been approved by the Board of Directors, during the board meeting held last Thursday.
The Board of Directors approved to recommend to the Shareholders’, for approval, a Dividend of MVR 3.43 per share as the Dividend (“2024 Dividend”) for the year 31st December 2024. All persons (including legal entities) registered as Shareholders of Ooredoo Maldives as at 14:00 hours on Tuesday, 18th February 2025 will be eligible to receive the 2024 Dividend.

Ooredoo also informed their shareholders that the Audited Financial Statements and the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31st December 2024, approved by the Board of Directors will be published before the end of Saturday, 22nd February 2025.
The recommended 2024 Dividend, the Audited Financial Statements and the Annual Report of the Company for 2024 will be proposed for the approval of the Shareholders during the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be held in March 2025. If approved by the Shareholders, distribution of the 2024 Dividend will commence in March 2025.
The Notice and Agenda for the AGM, scheduled for March 2025, along with the relevant documents, will be published on their website by no later than Saturday, 22nd February 2025.
