What You Need

  • 230ml fresh watermelon juice
  • 30g fresh ginger
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 30ml honey

Preparation

  • Prepare the ginger infusion & watermelon juice:
    • Peel and grate the fresh ginger.
    • Blend the watermelon, make sure to take out the discards or your drink will taste bitter.
  • Mix the ingredients:
    • In a shaker or mixing jug, combine the fresh watermelon juice, ginger juice, lemon juice, and honey. Stir or shake well until the honey is fully dissolved.
  • Chill and serve:
    • Pour the mixture over ice in a glass, or refrigerate for a few minutes to let the flavours meld.
  • Garnish and enjoy:
    • Optionally, garnish with a lemon slice or a sprig of mint for extra freshness.
