System of Governance Can Be Changed Through a Vote Only: President Solih

Responding to Speaker Nasheed’s wish to establish a parliamentary system and himself as Prime Minister, President Solih has responded that the system of governance can only be changed through a public vote, as the current system of governance was also decided by the public.
