Kite Flying During Ramadan

Kite flying (madi eruvun) has been a long-standing tradition for locals during the month of Ramadan. Families and youth can be seen participating in this friendly sport behind Usfangan’du, on the southern coast of Male’, with all eyes naturally turned skyward.
