Resorts Banned from Dumping Trashed into Ocean, Many Shocked it was Permitted in the First Place!

Maldives repealed ‘Regulation on the Protection and Conservation of the Environment in the Tourism Industry’ which allowed resorts to dispose waste into the ocean under “special circumstances”, effectively banning all resorts from dumping trash into the ocean.

Many are simply shocked that it was permitted in the first place.
