There's nothing like a new year to provide the motivation we need to go after our fitness goals again. Motivation, though, is only half the battle. The fact is, most of us don't take the time to figure out where we're at before we dive into a new fitness plan. As a result, we either start too slowly and get bored or start too ambitiously and get discouraged, both of which cause us to quit.

RD Fitness was established by fitness instructors with years of experience who understand that the needs of each of their clients are different and that they need to be taken care of at different levels. One of their core visions is to encourage and support this community and celebrate the individual journey towards a higher quality of life.

The founder’s core philosophy of working out is similar to how they operate RD Fitness. She is aware of what her body could do and what it could do after a little push. Always questioning how she can make the experience better for the clients, how to cater to their needs, and how to take it to the next level is how she continues to make RD Fitness one of the best gyms for all fitness enthusiasts.

Before starting RD Fitness, the founders, who also had early exposure to fitness related activities since school, had  the opportunity to pursue being a fitness instructor as well and complete various fitness related training programs to increase their knowledge in the field.

The group fitness classes they conduct at the moment are Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Attack, Zumba, and Let's Dance Kid. They are also planning to open a fully equipped gym soon.

While exercise progressions will look different for everyone, It's important to start gently and increase length and intensity gradually while building confidence. It is also important to get physical checkups done and inform instructors about relevant health conditions to make sure you’re not harming yourself.
