Hulhumale’s Luxury Apartments Handing Over to Residents

HDC has announced that the handover process for Aira residents has officially begun. These residents are seafront, luxury apartments in Hulhumale’.

The apartment building is stacked on 10 floors, comprising 94 units. While some of the apartments are single-room units, others are two-plus-one and three-plus-one-room units.

HDC and Ensis Fisheries Pvt Ltd signed the agreement back in August 2016, and the site was mobilized in March 2017.

AIRA is a condominium project by Ensis Realty.

Some of the in-house facilities include an event space, a salon, a swimming pool, and a restaurant.
