JP Extends Deadline for Parliamentary Candidacy Applications

The Jumhooree Party (JP) has decided to prolong the deadline for prospective candidates seeking the party’s endorsement to participate in the forthcoming parliamentary elections.

Initially scheduled to close at 14:00 pm yesterday, the application window has now been extended until 14:00 pm on the 25th of the upcoming month.

JP revealed that party members aspiring to vie for parliamentary seats and meeting the specified requirements for parliamentary membership are urged to submit their applications for thorough consideration.

A committee, appointed by the JP Council, will meticulously assess the submitted forms and relevant documents from potential candidates. The confirmation of the JP ticket will be determined through a comprehensive evaluation process.
