Muizzu Wraps Up Tour of Faafu Atoll with Commitment to Fulfill Promises

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has reaffirmed his dedication to meeting the expectations of the public promptly and efficiently, without any unnecessary delays. 

His remarks came during discussions with residents of F. Feeali Island yesterday.

Addressing the community on Feeali Island, the President expressed his belief that citizens share his eagerness for the rapid and dynamic progress he envisions for the nation. 

President Dr. Muizzu emphasised the importance he places on direct engagement with citizens and actively seeking their input to inform decisions on matters that directly affect them. 

He asserted that this approach helps expedite the implementation process and cited instances where issues raised during his island visits were promptly resolved through this dialogue.

The President acknowledged the concerns raised by the Feeali Island community and assured them that these issues would be addressed in a timely manner. 

Feeali Island marks the final stop on the President’s ongoing tour of islands in the North Nilandhe Atoll.

The President has been on a tour of the atolls ahead of the parliamentary elections slated to take place on 21st April. According to the President’s Office, he has met with 168 councils so far. Muizzu has promised to visit all inhabited islands twice in his 5 year term.
