The Maldives Immigration has detained eight foreigners during a raid targeting individuals working illegally in warehouses and shops in the market area.
The operation, carried out yesterday evening by the task force under the Maldives Immigration, involved inspections of several commercial premises. According to a social media post published by the Immigration, the individuals were found to be working without proper authorisation.
