Four Students Receive Tree Top Nursing Scholarship Certificates
Four students awarded the Tree Top Nursing Scholarship have officially received their certificates in a recent ceremony.
A collaborative initiative between Tree Top Hospital and Villa College, the scholarship seeks to support Maldivian nurses through education and broaden their contributions to the healthcare system.

The certificates were presented by Dr Srivatsan Sridhar, CEO of Tree Top Hospital.
Villa College Rector Ahmed Anwar commended the programme’s success since its launch in 2021, noting that it has supported 15 students to date. Of these, seven have gone on to join the team at Tree Top Hospital.
Anwar expressed pride in the programme, highlighting that Villa College has already produced over 1,000 nursing graduates. He also emphasised that Tree Top Hospital offers both quality healthcare services and practical learning opportunities, supporting students as they progress in their nursing careers.
The initiative continues to focus on developing young talent in the Maldivian healthcare sector.
