Construction of 50 Rowhouses in AA. Rasdhoo has been officially granted to SJ Construction Pvt Ltd today through a design and build contract.

The Housing Department Director, Ahmed Vishan Naseem, represented the Planning Ministry during the agreement signing. Mohamed Shahid, the Managing Director of SJ Construction Private Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of the company.
The Ministry has specified that each of the housing units will encompass 1,000 sq. ft. with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry facilities, and a storage room included in each unit.
In addition to the housing units, plans include the construction of a park and a dedicated vehicle parking zone within the vicinity.
The awarded contract to SJ Construction Pvt Ltd carries a total value of MVR 84,218,400.00, with a stipulated completion period of 270 days.
