A total of 26 exceptional employees from the Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company (MIFCO) were honored and recognised for their unwavering dedication and outstanding service by President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih.
This feat marks a significant milestone as it stands as the highest number of staff ever to be bestowed with such an accolade from any Maldivian company.

The National Award for Public Service, conferred by the President’s Office, is a prestigious recognition of the recipients’ unwavering commitment and tireless efforts in the service of their nation.
Among the esteemed awardees are employees hailing from various branches of MIFCO, including the Felivaru Fisheries Complex, Kooddoo Fisheries Complex, Kandu Oi Giri Fish Village, and the MIFCO Head Office.
