The Ministry of Social and Family Development is introducing a call center to streamline its operations and enhance service quality for citizens today, with the designated contact number 1433.

This number is being introduced alongside existing hotlines, 1421 (Social Services Hotline) and 1412 (Child Helpline), both of which are operational 24 hours a day.

The new call center number, 1433, will be operational from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm on all government working days. Furthermore, a system will record missed calls outside its designated operational hours and address them in sequence through the Ministry’s call center.

This initiative stems from a commitment to enhancing the support and services provided to citizens, who are the heart of the community. Beyond implementing a call management system, the focus of this new call center is on establishing a channel that genuinely cares. Each call holds significance, and as such, the call management system of the Ministry equips it with the capacity to log and channel every call to the relevant bodies of the Ministry to ensure every caller receives the attention they deserve.

With a firm dedication to ensuring the welfare of the citizens we serve, we are pleased to formally announce that effective immediately starting 7th January 2024, the designated official primary call center number for the Ministry will be 1433.
