MMPRC Launches Maldives Moments 2024 Global Competition

The Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) has announced the launch of the Maldives Moments 2024 global competition, in celebration of World Tourism Day.

Launched on 27th September, the competition will run until 12th October, inviting participants to showcase their artistic talent by capturing the natural beauty, vibrant culture, and unique experiences of the Maldives.

MMPRC encourages participants to submit their most captivating photos or videos of the Maldives, accompanied by a brief description of the inspiration behind the image or footage. Entries can be shared on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or LinkedIn, using the hashtag #Maldivesmoments2024. The competition aims to visually capture the essence of the Maldives, and is open to both international visitors and Maldivian locals aged 18 and above. Each participant may submit up to three original entries, with AI-generated content being strictly prohibited.

Submissions will be judged on various criteria, including aesthetic appeal, technical quality, and representation of the Maldives’ theme. The winner will receive a complimentary four-night stay at Radisson Blu Resort Maldives, with their work featured across Visit Maldives’ social media platforms and promotional campaigns.

The Maldives Moments 2024 competition forms part of MMPRC’s wider efforts to promote the nation’s beauty through various marketing initiatives, further reinforcing the Maldives’ status as a top global travel destination. MMPRC invites photography and videography enthusiasts from around the world to participate and share their love for the Maldives.
