Passport Collection Services Now Available in Hulhumalé
Maldives Immigration has announced that Passports submitted through the Imuga platform can now be collected from Hulhumalé in both Phase One and Phase Two.

This development is part of the administration’s ongoing initiative to expand Immigration services across the Maldives by 2025.
Apart from Male and Hulhumalé, these efforts have thus far materialized as offices in the Villimale, HA. Dhidhdhoo and Dh. Kudahuvadhoo. In addition, services in L. Fonadhoo are set to open by the end of the year.
Expansion Timeline for Immigration Services
The government has confirmed additional service locations to be operational by 2025, with the following timeline:
- February 2025: HDh. Makunudhoo
- March 2025: GDh. Thinadhoo, GDh. Gahdhoo
- April 2025: S. Hithadhoo, S. Hulhumeedhoo, and Gn. Fuvahmulah
- May 2025: HA. Dhidhoo, HA. Ihavandhoo, R. Ungoofaaru and R. Alifushi
- June 2025: L. Fonadhoo, Sh. Funadhoo and Sh. Milandhoo
- July 2025: N. Velidhoo and Th. Veymandoo
- August 2025: ADh. Mahibadhoo and B. Dharavandhoo
- September 2025: Lh. Naifaru an F.Nilandhoo
- October 2025: M.Muli, AA. Rasdhoo
- November 2025: V. Felidhoo, K.Thulhusdhoo, K.Guraidhoo
These efforts aim to enhance passport services, making them more accessible and convenient for all citizens nationwide.
