Seven Injured in Series of Motorcycle Collisions in Addu City

Road accidents occurred in three separate locations within Addu City’s Hithadhoo district yesterday, resulting in injuries to seven individuals.

According to a police spokesperson, all incidents involved collisions between motorcycles. The injured include six men and one woman, all of whom were subsequently treated at the Addu Equatorial Hospital. Authorities reported that none of the injuries were serious.

Police noted that, upon arrival at the scene, they found that the sites of two of the accidents had been tampered with. Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the accidents are ongoing.
