STELCO Employees Complete Leadership Development Programme
The State Electric Company (STELCO) has announced that 469 of its employees have successfully completed the company’s leadership enhancement programme.

STELCO’s Managing Director, Hussain Fahmy, shared on X that a total of 469 employees have participated in the programme, which carried the theme “Strengthening the Path to a Brighter Future.” Fahmy noted that 51 teams from STELCO underwent training at the Girifushi Training Centre, returning to their roles with enhanced skills to support the company’s growth.
“The programme, which trained 469 employees across nine batches, demonstrates STELCO’s commitment to fostering strong leadership and steering the company towards a brighter future,” Fahmy stated.
He also expressed his appreciation to Sports Minister Abdulla Rafiu and President Dr Mohamed Muizzu for their support in making the programme a success.
