STELCO Launches ‘Chaalu Veshi – Magey Zinnmaa’ Campaign

The State Electric Company Limited (STELCO) launched a campaign titled “Chaalu Veshi—Magey Zinnmaa” today, which aims to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the company’s substations and distribution boxes in Malé City.

The campaign was officially inaugurated by the Minister of Climate Change, Environment and Energy, Thoriq Ibrahim, in a ceremony held this morning. Also present at the launch were Malé City Council Mayor Adam Azim and STELCO Managing Director Hussain Fahmy.
As part of this initiative, STELCO employees will focus on removing unauthorised advertisements from the company’s substations and distribution boxes. The effort is expected to contribute to improving the cleanliness and overall appearance of the streets in Malé.
