Two Prosecutor General’s Office Lawyers Suspended Over Sexual Harassment Allegations

Two lawyers from the Prosecutor General’s (PG) Office have been suspended amid allegations of sexual harassment.
The PG Office released a statement yesterday, confirming that the internal ethics committee is investigating the two prosecutors for alleged misconduct and breaches of ethical standards. Both individuals have been suspended from their duties while the investigation is ongoing.

In addition, the police are conducting a separate criminal investigation into the matter. However, neither the PG Office nor the police have disclosed any further details at this stage.
