UAE Content Creator Khalid Al Ameri Visits Maldives for Promotional Trip

UAE-based content creator and digital storyteller Khalid Al Ameri has arrived in the Maldives for an exclusive familiarisation trip by the government.
This trip is hosted by the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC).
Al Ameri landed in the Maldives on Saturday and will remain until Thursday as part of an initiative to promote the country’s natural beauty and cultural heritage to a wider Middle Eastern audience, according to MMPRC.
He has been actively sharing content on his social media platforms, positioning the Maldives as a top destination for travellers from the Middle East and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
A Stanford University graduate, Al Ameri is known for producing engaging content that promotes cultural understanding and Islamic values. With more than 21 million followers across social media, he has been recognised as one of the “100 Most Powerful Arabs” by Gulf Business. His content has a strong presence in the Middle Eastern market, which MMPRC considers valuable in showcasing the Maldives’ diverse tourism offerings.
MMPRC has been using celebrity endorsements from India and other key markets to enhance the Maldives’ position as a leading travel destination. Recently, the country was named an official tourism destination partner of Liverpool Football Club.
