Villa College and FENAKA Sign MoU for Staff Training and Development

Villa College and FENAKA Corporation have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance capacity development and training for FENAKA’s staff.

Under the MoU, Villa College will deliver training programmes for FENAKA employees and assist in research related to the energy sector. The agreement also includes certification for employees in accordance with URA standards, according to FENAKA Corporation.

The MoU was signed by Muaz Rasheed, Managing Director of FENAKA Corporation, and Dr. Ali Najeeb, Vice Rector of Villa College.

In addition to this agreement with Villa College, FENAKA Corporation has previously established a partnership with Maldives Polytechnic. This collaboration aims to improve staff understanding of the Water and Sanitation Act and the Utility Regulatory Act, while also providing enhanced industry experience opportunities for graduates.
