Starting from 9th July and until 17th September, the gym will be providing your workout buddy the chance to work out with you for free on Fridays. 

All you have to do is bring your partner along on one of those Fridays. To book your space for you and your workout buddy, they request you to call 3000834. 

In addition to this, the gym has also announced several other offers to celebrate 11 years of spreading positivity.

Under the special anniversary offers, Tfg has announced that starting from yesterday, all new and renewing memberships get a 30% reduction on the fees. The offer is valid until 14th July. 

They had also carried out a run streak yesterday at 5:30 am that stopped at 4:30 pm (11 hours of streaking) to celebrate a socially distant running celebration.
