Designed and packaged by Zaya Ahmed, she offers a unique aesthetic that captures the white sandy beaches, brilliant sunsets, and flowers that are distinct in the Maldives.
“Trinkets from the isles” is a project that is very special to Zaya. She wanted her products to represent people and ‘Raajje.’ She started her business by selling the Moodhu Enamel earrings and Eagle Ray Enamel Earrings, both of which were original designs.
From keychains to tote bags to pins and necklaces, Islets’ pieces are adorned by the nature of the Maldives. All of her products are suitable for everyday wear and formal occasions.
The ‘Coco Hues’ collection draws inspiration from Maldivian trees and flowers. It’s reminiscent of the nature and the products are showcased in original designs.
Islets’ Raajje necklace comes in three different colours: rose gold, gold and silver. The necklace honours and takes inspiration from the coral stone and beaches in the Maldives.
