Maldives Seeing a Resurgence of Female Genital Mutilation: HRCM

Human Rights Commission of Maldives (HRCM) stated last Saturday that their research shows the country is seeing a resurgence of female circumcision or Female Genital Mutilation, but more studies need to be done for accurate statistics.
