Hiya Flat Open House

HDC hosts open house for Hiya Flat awardees as many are requesting to see the flats before signing the agreement.

A maximum of 2 people will be allowed to tour an apartment and the attendees must present the identity cards upon visiting. If the owner of the apartment is unable to visit, an identity identity card is required to be presented by those attending on their behalf.

Since Phase 2 in Hulhumale’ is a heavy construction area, HDC advises not to bring elderly and children to the site while visiting.
