Time to Act Was Yesterday, the Next Best Time is Now: ICCP Report

The report released by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change states that with a current emission of about 40Gt per year, on average over the next 20 years global warming could go beyond 1.5 ℃ of warming.
