Recruiting Foreign Workers Without License Will be Fined: Economic Ministry

Economic Ministry stated that large fines will be issued to employment agencies that recruit foreign workers without a special license.
The Maldives is a destination country for human trafficking, including sex trafficking and especially forced labour.
